Come to the Railway Tavern, Mellis, we are a traditional country pub serving great ales and food, a warm welcome awaits you. Bob and Pam invite you to experience our home cooked food which is very reasonably priced, our menu changes frequently. All of our food is prepared to order using, wherever possible, fresh locally sourced ingredients, please remember that this being the case there sometimes can be a wait, particulary at busy times, its always advisable to book in advance. We hope that you enjoy your visit and that you will return soon. Our ale is always in tip top condition and we always have five ales available, sometimes more! We have received the Cask Marque accreditation and all ales are kept in this excellent condition in our real cellar below the bar, we even have our own well down there!
